If you look at out border, you will see another variety of this dessert, which we call SAVARINE. It's a really delicious dessert, and I know the title says it's a cream puff, but it's really not exactly puff pastry.
This is more like a spongy type cake, and then you heavily syrup it, which makes it so soft, juicy, and just melts in your mouth. the filling is a simple whipped frosting, and in this case we have a peach fruit filling. You will often find Savarine filled with various types of preserves, or fresh fruit jelly.
